  • Is the lineup for GroundUP final?
    The lineup for Groundup is subject to change. While we strive to deliver the scheduled performances, unforeseen circumstances such as artist cancellations, travel issues, or emergencies may require lineup adjustments. In the event of any changes, we will update attendees as soon as possible via our website and official social media channels. Please stay tuned for the latest announcements!
  • Do we need volunteers?
    Yes please! We do an energy exchange every year and if you would like to take part in it please find the details and application form by clicking HERE
  • Are you taking vendor applications?
    If you are a vendor interested in vending at GroundUP please email felicity@gumfoundation.org
  • What is the refund policy?
    All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
  • Is it an All Ages event?
    Yes! GroundUP is for all ages.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Sorry, we tried, but the venue rules are no pets allowed at GroundUP .
  • Is there free admission for kids?
    Yes. Kids 10 and under are admitted free. (Not for 13½ year-olds pretending to be 10, though…)
  • Is exit and re-entry permitted?
    Unrestricted re-entry is available to all Premium Pass ticketholders. GA ticketholders will be permitted re-entry up until 6PM daily.
  • Where is GroundUP Located?
    GroundUP is at the Miami Beach Bandshell: 7275 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Fl 33141
  • Is the GroundUP rain or shine?
    YES. Good thing it doesn’t rain much at this time of year in Miami.
  • What time is the Groundup?
    We'll be announcing the timed schedule as we get closer!
  • Can I record video or audio of the performances?
    Professional recording devices are not permitted, but you’re welcome to use your cell phone!
  • Is the venue accessible by foot or by bike?
    The Concert Bandshell is accessible through the Miami Beach Trail and concert goers can easily walk, jog or ride along the path.
  • Is parking available near Groundup?
    There is parking in the lot across the street from the Miami Beach Bandshell and in several nearby public lots. A parking map will be available here closer to the time of the festival.
